These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Swasri Travels website and our travel and cab services. By booking with us or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Our Services

Swasri Travels provides chauffeur-driven travel and cab services across Hyderabad, Telangana, and beyond — including corporate travel, day travel, outstation trips, airport transfers, group & event travel, and regular commute plans. We operate on an enquiry-and-confirmation basis; this website does not process online payments.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or our enquiry form.
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from us with trip and driver details.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pickup/drop locations, timing, and contact details.
• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking due to vehicle availability or operational constraints.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted before your trip based on route, distance, vehicle type, and service.
• Tolls, parking, and driver night allowance (for overnight outstation trips) are charged at actuals and disclosed upfront.
• We do not apply surge pricing.
• Individual customers pay by cash, UPI, or bank transfer; corporate clients are billed monthly with GST invoices.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before booking.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location.
• Provide correct contact details and answer calls from the driver.
• Treat the driver and vehicle with respect; you are liable for any damage caused by you or your group.
• Comply with all applicable laws during the trip; carrying illegal or hazardous goods is prohibited.
• Seat belts must be worn; child safety is the responsibility of the accompanying adult.

6. Our Commitments & Driver Conduct

• Drivers will follow all traffic rules and speed limits.
• Drivers will not consume alcohol or any intoxicating substance while on duty.
• Drivers will respect customer privacy — no unsolicited conversations or personal questions.
• Drivers will not use phones for personal calls while driving.
• Vehicles will be clean, well-maintained, and air-conditioned.

7. Liability

We take every reasonable measure to ensure safe, reliable service. However, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (traffic, weather, road closures, government restrictions, or other force majeure events). Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected booking.

8. Lost Items

We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle, but we will make every effort to recover and return lost items reported promptly. See our FAQ for the process. Items unclaimed for 30 days may be disposed of.

9. Conduct & Safety

For the safety of all, we may refuse or terminate service in cases of abusive behaviour, intoxication, harassment, or any activity that endangers the driver, vehicle, or other passengers. No refund is due in such cases.

10. Corporate Contracts

Corporate clients are governed by an individual service agreement in addition to these Terms. In case of conflict, the signed corporate agreement prevails for that client.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Swasri Travels name, logo, text, and design — is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available on our website, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the latest revision.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
