01 · Booking & Reservations

You can book in three simple ways: (1) Call us, (2) WhatsApp us with your trip details, or (3) fill the enquiry form on our Contact page. Once we receive your request, we confirm availability and details within 30 minutes during business hours.
For city trips, 2 hours is usually enough. For airport pickups, at least 4 hours. For outstation trips, 12 to 24 hours is ideal. For group bookings or weddings, please book 3 to 7 days in advance to ensure availability.
Yes — we accept last-minute bookings whenever a vehicle is available. Call us directly for the fastest response. During peak hours or festival days, vehicles fill up faster, so last-minute bookings may not always be possible.
Yes. Swasri Travels is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Late-night and early-morning bookings are common — especially for airport transfers.
Yes. You can modify the pickup time, date, or location free of charge if you notify us at least 2 hours before the original pickup (12 hours for outstation). Modifications can be done by phone or WhatsApp.
You'll receive a confirmation via phone, WhatsApp, or email — including your driver's name, contact number, vehicle details, and registration number, typically 1 to 2 hours before pickup.

02 · Pricing & Payment

Every trip is unique — route, distance, vehicle type, duration, and timing all affect the price. Instead of listing rates that may mislead, we provide a custom quote so you know the exact cost before you travel.
No. We firmly believe in transparent pricing. The fare we quote includes everything except tolls, parking, and (for outstation) driver allowance — which are always disclosed upfront.
Individual customers can pay by cash, UPI, or bank transfer after the trip. Corporate clients on monthly contracts receive a consolidated GST invoice at month end with agreed payment terms.
Yes. We are GST-registered and provide proper GST invoices for all corporate bookings and on request for individuals. Our GSTIN is included on every invoice.
There may be a small night allowance for trips between 11 PM and 5 AM, always disclosed upfront. We do not use surge pricing — our rates never increase based on demand.
Outstation trips are typically calculated on total kilometres travelled (both ways), with a minimum daily commitment. Driver allowance for overnight stays, tolls, and parking are charged separately and disclosed in advance.

03 · Vehicles & Fleet

Four categories: Sedan/Compact (4 passengers), SUV/MPV such as Innova or Ertiga (5–7), Mini Bus (11), and Bus (22). Tell us your group size and we'll recommend the right fit.
Yes. All Swasri Travels vehicles across every category are air-conditioned. We do not provide non-AC vehicles.
You can request a specific category and we'll do our best to assign your preferred model within it. Specific make/model requests for corporate clients can be arranged under contract.
Yes. Every vehicle is cleaned and sanitised before each trip, and drivers maintain cleanliness on long trips. If a vehicle doesn't meet our standards, tell us and we'll make it right.
Child seats are not provided by default but can be arranged on request with at least 24 hours' notice (a small additional charge may apply). Please mention any special requirements when booking.
All our vehicles are regularly maintained and undergo safety inspections. The fleet ranges from recently purchased to well-maintained older vehicles — all in excellent operating condition.

04 · Drivers & Safety

Yes. All drivers are police-verified, hold valid commercial driving licenses, and have completed our internal training. Background, address, and reference verification are part of onboarding.
Our drivers have a minimum of 3 years' commercial experience; most have 5 to 10+ years across Hyderabad city and outstation routes. Our outstation drivers know all major routes well.
We are actively building a roster of female drivers, especially for female passengers and night-time travel. Availability is currently limited but growing — please mention your preference when booking.
Yes. Every vehicle is GPS-tracked in real time throughout active trips. We monitor routes, speed, and location for safety and accountability, with location sharing available for corporate clients.
Yes. On request, we can share your live trip location with a family member or trusted contact via WhatsApp — especially useful for women travelling alone, elderly passengers, or late-night airport runs.
Your safety is our absolute priority. If you feel unsafe for any reason, call us immediately on our direct line monitored by senior staff — we will take immediate action.
Yes. All Swasri Travels vehicles carry valid commercial insurance as required by law, and undergo regular maintenance and safety checks.

05 · Corporate Services

A dedicated arrangement where we assign one or more vehicles to your business on a fixed monthly basis — consistent service, GST invoicing, a dedicated account contact, and consolidated monthly billing for employee transport, client visits, and airport transfers.
We send one consolidated monthly invoice with a complete trip log: dates, times, routes, distance, vehicle, and driver. It includes proper GST and is structured for easy reimbursement. Terms are typically net 15 or net 30 days.
No. Most agreements are month-to-month with a 30-day notice period. We earn our business through service quality, not by trapping clients in long contracts.
Yes. For long-term contracts we assign dedicated drivers who become familiar with your team, routes, and preferences. The same driver handles your bookings unless on leave, when a verified substitute is provided.
We handle one-time bookings just as professionally — a single event, conference, executive visit, or airport pickup. Volume discounts apply for multi-vehicle or multi-day bookings.
Reach out via the Corporate Enquiry form or call us. We'll discuss your requirements and share a proposal within 24 hours. Once approved, we sign a simple service agreement and begin service — usually within 3 to 5 days.

06 · Outstation Travel

All cities and towns across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh — Tirupati, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Srisailam, Warangal, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Khammam, Nellore, Kurnool, and more. Trips to other states are accepted subject to availability.
Yes. One-way trips are charged differently from round trips, as we account for the vehicle's return journey. Contact us for a one-way quote for your route.
Yes. The same driver stays with you for the full duration, including overnight stays, handling parking, refuelling, and timing. You only plan your own itinerary.
The driver allowance includes their own accommodation. You are not responsible for the driver's lodging or food unless mutually agreed.
Just call us — we'll work it out. Additional kilometres or days are billed at the agreed per-km rate. We don't refuse reasonable changes.

07 · Airport Transfers

Yes. We track your flight using the flight number you provide. If delayed, the driver adjusts automatically at no additional charge — we commonly handle delays of 2 to 5 hours.
On arrival you'll get a call or WhatsApp from the driver with their location. Meet-and-greet with a name placard is available for VIP and corporate clients.
Book pickup at least 3.5 to 4 hours before domestic departures, 4 to 5 hours for international. We calculate exact pickup time from traffic and your location.
Call your driver immediately. We build buffers into pickup times, but missed flights due to customer lateness are the customer's responsibility — please plan carefully.

08 · General Service Questions

Yes. We provide decorated wedding cars on request — bridal decoration with flowers and ribbons to your specifications — plus multi-vehicle guest transportation for both families and key guests.
Our drivers know Hyderabad's heritage sites well and often share local information as you travel. For a structured guided tour we recommend a professional guide separately — we can suggest reputable contacts.
Small pets in carriers are generally accepted with prior intimation. For larger pets, please discuss in advance. A small additional cleaning fee may apply.
Call us immediately with your booking details and a description. We'll check with the driver right away and arrange return as quickly as possible. Items unclaimed for 30 days may be disposed of.
Yes — Secunderabad, Cyberabad (HITEC City, Gachibowli, Madhapur), Kompally, Shamshabad (Airport), Dammaiguda, Kukatpally, LB Nagar, Uppal, and surrounding localities. Pickup/drop within 50 km of the city centre is treated as a city trip.
